PROCESSING

In-stock orders place before 2PM EST Mon-Fri, Ship the same day.

After you place a custom order processing takes 3-4 business days for all orders and isn't included in the calculated days for delivery.

Business days are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday morning.

Unless it is a major holiday, After processing your order will be shipped immediately!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship super fast to all 50 states in the U.S. shipping usually takes 1-4 business days with standard shipping

& It is fully tracked by the United States Postal Service.

757 HAND DELIVERY

This hand delivery service is offered so our local customers will receive their hair super fast!

If you order a same day delivery item that is in stock before 2PM

it will be delivered Monday-Friday between the hours of 10am-5pm

You must have a valid ID at the time of delivery which will be kept on file!

Once an order is placed you will be charged and will not be able to cancel the order.

If your order is red flagged such as a odd quantity of hair, we will email you to find a solution, if we do not receive a response we will automatically cancel your order!

There are no exchanges or refunds.
