After you place a custom order processing takes

3-4 business days for all orders and isn't included in the calculated days for delivery.​

Business days are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

 Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday morning.

Unless it is a major holiday, After processing your order will be shipped immediately!

local customers receive their order super fast! 

Local Deliveries are now tracked and tamper free

If you order a same day delivery item that is in stock before 5PM

it will be delivered 7 days a week between the hours of 10am-8pm 

You must present a valid ID that matches the order at time of delivery

Once an order is placed you will be charged and will not be able to cancel the order.

 

If your order is red flagged such as a odd quantity of hair, we will email you to find a solution, if we do not receive a response we will automatically cancel your order!
